Marcie Ramsay is an accomplished business leader with more than 24 years of experience across multiple organizations in the radiation industry. In 2016, she acquired Versant Medical Physics and Radiation Safety, bringing together members of her family alongside trusted, long‑standing colleagues to build the organization. Under her leadership, Versant Physics has grown into the successful small business it is today. Marcie earned her Executive MBA in 2014 and continues to demonstrate her strength as a knowledgeable, driven leader in her role as president of Versant Physics.

Ben Ramsay began working within the radiation industry in 2014 as a manager of information technology. Ben was a pivotal member of Versant Physics during the company’s beginning, growing into his role as vice president of technology and finance and spearheading the development of Odyssey software. Ben has demonstrated his professional skills as a leader in business through the completion of his MBA and the pursuit of many entrepreneurial successes.

Dr. Eric Ramsay is a medical physicist and nuclear physicist with 30+ years of leadership in radiation safety, medical physics, and advanced therapy system commissioning. Board-certified with broad NRC regulatory experience, international project work, and a strong record of innovation in clinical physics, radiation safety, and computational modeling.
